DONATE

NPI relies on your support to remain viable and to make an impression on the intellectual establishment. There are several ways to donate.

Mail

Sometimes the traditional methods are best. You can mail NPI checks and money orders at

Recurring Donations

Little things add up to something big.

One of the best way to support us is through recurring donations, both large and small. These allow us to plan for the future, support our staff, and start new initiatives.

The Supporters Menu offers levels between $4 and $48, what you might spend on, say, an espresso, some Whiskey, or a bottle of Champagne. Think of it: For pennies a day, you could feed a starving staff person!

Bitcoin

Bequests

A charitable bequest is one of the easiest ways you can leave a lasting impact. A bequest may be made in your will or trust directing a gift to The National Policy Institute.

BENEFITS OF YOUR BEQUEST

  • Receive estate tax charitable deduction.
  • Lessen the burden of taxes on your family.
  • Leave a lasting legacy.

A bequest is one of the easiest gifts to make. With the help of an advisor, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift to be made to The National Policy Institute as part of your estate plan.

OPTIONS

A bequest may be made in several ways:

  • Gift of a percentage of your estate
  • Gift of a specific dollar amount or asset
  • Gift from the balance or residue of your estate
  • Making a Bequest of Your Retirement Assets

MAKING A BEQUEST OF YOUR RETIREMENT ASSETS

A retirement asset, such as an IRA account, makes an excellent bequest to us. If the IRA were given to your family, much of the value may be lost through estate and income taxes. By designating The National Policy Institute as the beneficiary of all or part of your IRA (using a beneficiary designation form provided by your custodian), the full value of the gift is transferred tax-free at your death and your estate receives an estate tax charitable deduction.

LANGUAGE

An example of proper language for a bequest is as follows:

I give, devise and bequeath to The National Policy Institute, tax ID number 52-1259838, [insert dollar amount, percentage of estate, or describe property to be used for its educational purposes].

Everyone involved with NPI is profoundly grateful to those who support our people, our cause, and our future.

The National Policy Institute does not rent, sell, or publicize its contributor lists.
